Raw Food 101- A beginner’s guide to a raw food lifestyle.You will learn how to incorporate raw foods into your current diet. Learn how being at least 51% raw can change your health and your life. This 2 hour class includes a discussion with detailed information, class information booklet with recipes, food prep demonstrations and delicious food.
 
 Location:  Tiffin, Ohio 
 
When: August 18th from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM
